Does anyone else feel like Mondays can be a bit stressful? Especially after a holiday weekend!?

I’d love to start the week off slowly, “aligned” getting done only what needs to get done, but somehow a slow morning can turn into me pushing myself rather unsustainably.

And, almost habitually by afternoon I find myself rather stressed & a bit “snappy” almost on the verge of hangry. {I might even start projecting my own frustrations..}

Anyone else relate?

But, I wonder on this Sunday afternoon, am I causing my own stress with unrealistic expectations?

What do I really want to accomplish? Is this even realistic? How will it feel? Is it even necessary?

As we transition into a new month, let's carve out a moment to ground ourselves.

This Monday, let's kick off the week with an intentional slow morning moment – a mini-refuel for your incredible energy.

Give yourself some permission to slow down completely, even for a day or an hour or 5 minutes. {They will survive..}

*Grab your favorite morning bevvy, set aside your phone, & give yourself permission to be fully.

Reader, imagine how much more aligned your week can be when you start it from a place of calm.
