Many people ask me, "How did you go from being a Kitchen Manager Chef to a Virtual Assistant Business Owner?"

It's a valid question.

It’s no secret that I don't have a traditional background in administration. I call myself a multi-passionate professional - you don’t become a high school scholar athlete turned University of Notre Dame Alumna with a Spanish Bachelor’s degree with an ambitious passion for sharing food without being a little “diverse.”

Up until August of 2024, my world was a culinary bubble of creating beautifully delicious foods combined with an over flexible schedule, overstimulating kitchens, and a constant pressure to deliver “perfection” no matter what, even if someone else dropped the ball.

Looking back, I realize that my time as a Kitchen Manager was the perfect training for running my own Virtual Assistant business.

After leading teams in the fast-paced, high-pressure food service industry for over 10 years, with the last remaining half of that time serving top tier wineries and clients in Napa Valley, I have learned how to create sustainable systems that help creative entrepreneurs and leaders ultimately maximize profits and energy efficiency.
