For my own reset, I took a solo trip to the beach & just dumped all my thoughts onto paper.

It was a huge eye-opener! I was trying to get an unrealistic amount of tasks done in a very short time.

Reader, can you relate?
​Just trying to do it all..

Before jumping onto the next distraction, I set aside time to prioritize what I can realistically do in August or even this week. And simply focusing on just that without the extra pressure of “doing it all.”

Because honestly, I don’t even want to do it all anyway.

I want to feel a sense of peace: to hustle & flow while enjoying the August summer, socializing a little and recharging a lot!

My intention is to expand my business to help even more amazing, passionate business owners while reaching my financial goals, creating and not self-abandoning.

To start to support this intention with action, besides prioritizing what I want to focus on, I am committing to a 4-week workout program to start my day.

And one of the boundaries I am setting? This month I'm taking a serious pause from creating content for social media for less distraction.

Imagine starting your week off feeling grounded, not scattered.

You deserve this moment of calm as well amidst your brilliant chaos, Reader.
